Terms and Conditions

(Please read before submitting your device or purchasing an item.)
By submitting this form or leaving a device for service, I authorize Fixit USA LLC (“we,” “our”) to perform diagnostics and any actions reasonably necessary to attempt repair. I understand and agree that Fixit USA LLC is not responsible for any data loss that may occur, or for any component failures that may happen during repair, testing, or at any other time. Fixit USA LLC is not responsible for loss of profit or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages occurring during or after service.
UNCLAIMED DEVICES
Any device not picked up within 60 days of (a) notice that repair is complete, or (b) notice that the device is deemed non-repairable, will be considered abandoned to the fullest extent permitted by law and may become the property of Fixit USA LLC. We may recycle, part out, or sell abandoned devices to recoup costs and storage fees.
PAYMENT, CHARGEBACKS & REMEDIES
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. If a customer initiates a credit/debit chargeback after picking up a device or receiving goods/services, Fixit USA LLC may, to the extent permitted by law: (1) suspend related warranties, (2) assess a returned-payment/administrative fee, (3) refer the account to collections, and/or (4) pursue lawful remedies for the underlying debt and costs (including reasonable collection costs and fees). Title to any goods may be conditioned on full payment as permitted by law.
LEGAL WAIVER
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the customer agrees that Fixit USA LLC (including its owners, employees, vendors, and contractors) shall not be liable for unintended damages, data loss, personal injury, or other harm arising from services rendered. This waiver applies beyond the service period. Nothing herein limits liability that cannot be waived under applicable law.
DATA & PRIVACY
Customer is solely responsible for backing up data and removing personal accounts/locks before service or return. We may need to access, power on, or test devices to complete diagnostics/repairs. We do not guarantee preservation or confidentiality of data left on devices.
LIFETIME WARRANTY (REPAIRS WITH OUR PARTS)
Fixit USA LLC provides a lifetime warranty on repairs where parts are supplied by us. The warranty covers the specific part(s) installed and the associated labor for the original repair. Exclusions: physical damage, liquid damage, abuse, misuse, prior/third-party tampering, software/firmware issues, or defects outside the original repair scope. The warranty is void if the device is opened, modified, or serviced by anyone other than Fixit USA LLC. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and the original device for as long as the original purchaser owns the device (“lifetime” refers to the ownership period of the original purchaser), and is non-transferable. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that vary by state.
RMA / PARTS OWNERSHIP
If a part provided by Fixit USA LLC is subject to return/RMA, we will remove our part and (when possible and functional) reinstall the customer’s original part prior to issuing any refund or replacement. We cannot issue a refund while our part remains on the device.
SERVICE-RELATED REFUNDS (CLARIFICATION)
If a service-supplied part is removed under RMA or a service refund is approved, we will reinstall your original part when available and functional. We cannot allow a refund while our part remains on the device.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide accurate contact information, promptly respond to communications, and pick up the device upon completion or determination of non-repair. Failure to do so may result in storage fees and/or abandonment as outlined above.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflicts-of-law rules. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By submitting a device for service, purchasing goods, or signing our work authorization, you acknowledge you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the Refund & Returns Policy and Warranty terms.
