REFUND & RETURNS POLICY (SALES)

Effective Date: 7/17/2025

Return Window:

Eligible items may be returned within 14 calendar days of purchase (or delivery) for a refund.

Condition Requirement (“Same Condition”):

  • All personal accounts/locks removed (e.g., iCloud/Find My OFF; Google FRP/MDM removed; passcodes disabled).
  • No new cosmetic damage (no cracks, dents, deep scratches, missing parts).
  • Functionally the same as sold, including all features that worked at sale.
  • Include original accessories/packaging/documentation (if provided at sale).
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Restocking Fees:

  • Devices priced over $45.00 (pre-tax): $25.00 restocking fee.
  • Accessories: 25% restocking fee.
  • Devices priced $45.00 or less: no restocking fee.

Restocking fees do not apply to returns confirmed by Fixit USA LLC as defective on arrival (excludes damage/misuse).

Not Refundable:

  • Labor/diagnostic fees and software-only services (e.g., data recovery attempts, unlocks) once performed.
  • Items damaged after sale, with signs of tampering, or missing parts.
  • Special orders/customized items if disclosed as non-returnable at purchase.

Refund Method & Timing:

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Please allow 3–5 business days for inspection/processing once the item is received by Fixit USA LLC.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Bring the item and proof of purchase to Fixit USA LLC within 14 days.
  2. Remove all accounts/locks and back up your data.
  3. We inspect for eligibility (same condition/functionality).
  4. If approved, we process the refund less any applicable restocking fee.
