At Fixit USA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our repair services and products. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund or return.

1. Repair Service Refunds

We strive to diagnose and repair your device accurately. However, there may be cases where a refund is appropriate.

Eligible for Refund:

  • We are unable to complete the repair due to technical reasons or unavailable parts.

  • You cancel the repair request before work has begun.

  • The issue persists after multiple attempts and cannot be resolved by our technicians.

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • The repair has been completed successfully.

  • The device is further damaged after leaving our facility.

  • Issues are unrelated to the original repair (e.g., new software bugs, accidental damage).

Note: We do not cover data loss. Please ensure your device is backed up before submitting for repair.

2. Product Returns (If Applicable)

We may offer accessories or refurbished products for sale. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it under the conditions below.

Return Eligibility:

  • Item must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

  • It must be in original condition and packaging, with no signs of wear or damage.

  • Include a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or damaged items

  • Special-order or customized items

  • Gift cards or downloadable software

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

  • For service refunds, the same timeline applies after approval.

4. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

5. Shipping Returns

You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning items unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
